Between 2008 date and 2018, IPI evaluated and rated consumer oriented report cards on doctors, hospitals and nursing homes. Report cards were rated annually based on criteria in six areas:

Sites received a grade of"A" (outstanding) to "F" (not worth your time) based on how they scored on those criteria. Sites that offered unique content, but did not fit IPI's rating criteria, were given a "U" for Unique.

Beginning in 2019, IPI staff are no longer updating the evaluations, reviews and ratings. We are, however, continuing to make that information publicly available below. Viewers should be aware that the website descriptions and grades are not current and should be treated as archival.
